Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR + Absence + OTL).
Experience: 7 – 20 Years

Required / Mandatory Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional modules, primarily:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes, workforce management, employee lifecycle management, leave administration, and time tracking.
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, support, rollout, enhancement, or transformation projects.
