What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 5+ years experience in Oracle DBA or Application DBA roles
• Strong SQL skills, including:
• Proven experience in production support environments
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning concepts
• Experience with AWS RDS (Oracle) or cloud‑managed databases
• Ability to troubleshoot across database and application layers
• Experience working in agile/product engineering teams
• Experience with Java or backend technologies
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation
• Familiarity with batch processing or job scheduling systems
