The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the customer for requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing of business application
- Identify and document reports and interfaces specs.
- Assist in timely resolution of functional issues
- Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities
