 Job Description:  Requirement/Must Have: 
 Seven plus years of experience working with Cerner Millennium. 
 Experience with two plus Cerner solutions. 
 Strong experience in Cerner Ambulatory workflows. 
 Experience with Provider Documentation and Message Center. 
 Ability to resolve complex issues and provide subject matter expertise. 
 Experience in Cerner application support, enhancements, incident management, or Cerner Millennium projects. 
 Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and data model. 
 Ability to work in a support services and on-call environment. 
 Experience: Experience performing complex troubleshooting and change management. 
 Experience documenting solutions, notes, and knowledge articles. 
 Experience guiding users through workflows, upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
