You will image and deploy devices, install and support clinical software, and ensure that all end user equipment and systems remain secure, reliable, and fully operational. Responsibilities
+ Image, configure, and upgrade desktop computers to meet clinical and operational requirements.
+ Deploy PCs, printers, Wyse terminals, and other end user devices across the operating room and wider hospital environment.
+ Set up and configure Wyse terminals and ensure proper connectivity and performance.
+ Configure and support mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads for clinical and administrative use.
