About the Role
As the Optimisation Manager, you will lead the full optimisation workflow across all five IDM stages – Geographic Clustering, Analysis, Integration, Sequencing and Validation – and transform the Forward Works Programme into an Optimised Annual Delivery Plan (OADP) that maximises value, minimises disruption and supports safe, efficient network performance.
You’ll work closely with NZTA, maintenance and renewals teams, planners, asset managers and digital specialists to ensure the programme is realistic, sequenced effectively, and aligned with customer journey expectations.
Key Responsibilities
