Optical Manufacturing Product Engineer & Process Lead

Nokia in Simpang Empat, Malaysia, is seeking a Manufacturing Optical Product Engineer to act as a technical lead for complex optical products in high and low mix manufacturing environments. You will enhance manufacturing performance, drive KPI management, and collaborate with R&D and supplier teams for seamless product shipments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role also includes troubleshooting and managing change processes to optimize product lifecycle.
