What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for advanced optical components in alignment with product requirements and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of test engineers, fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
• Design, develop, and debug test fixtures, automation frameworks, and electro‑optical measurement systems across a broad component portfolio.
• Partner closely with hardware design teams to embed testability early in the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and process engineering to perform root‑cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for component failures.
• Champion continuous improvement in test methodologies, processes, tools, and lab infrastructure.
