Optical Associate
Our FYidoctors Wolfville, FYidoctors Berwick and FYidoctors New Minas clinics are looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to join us as an Optical Associate. This role will enhance the lives of our patients every day, delivering exceptional vision and eyewear experiences in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment.
This is a full‑time role until December 31, 2026, working 30–40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients to the clinic and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
- Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, assisting with frame selection to ensure optimal value, quality, aesthetics, and performance.
- Interpret optical prescriptions provided by the optometrist.
