Stryker Field Service & Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: Provide technical support and field service for Stryker medical products, including MAKO, Q-Guidance, Endoscopy, Instruments, and medical devices.

• Perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for Stryker products.
• Accurately register all services in ERP/CRM systems (JDE/Salesforce) to maintain equipment history and manage depot logistics.
• Monitor and control field inventory, spare parts, tools, and technical documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring service levels, uptime, and contractual obligations (SLAs, warranties, preventive maintenance) are met or exceeded.
• Provide technical support to internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, RAQA, and Operations, including training, troubleshooting assistance, demo equipment handling, and surgery support when needed.
