Ophthalmic Clinical Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Ophthalmic Clinical Coordinator is a working Ophthalmic Clinical Coordinator that provides clinical support to the physicians & APPs and is a coach/mentor for Ophthalmic clinical associates. The Ophthalmic Clinical Coordinator serves as a role model for other clinical employees and promotes teamwork, integrity, and continuous practice improvement. The Ophthalmic Clinical Coordinator ensures efficient flow of all patients and strives to maintain exemplary service and satisfaction standards at all times. The Ophthalmic Clinical Coordinator is also responsible for compliance with all OSHA/CLIA and HIPAA regulations and ensuring completion of all duties vital to business operations.
