Job Summary
onsemi is seeking a Quality Assurance Production Operator who will ensure the quality of production processes and products. The operator performs inspections, tests, and checks on manufacturing equipment, materials, and finished semiconductor products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards. Operators work closely with the production team to address quality concerns, document and report findings, and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include loading and unloading devices on trays and into ovens according to documented procedures.

- Perform loading and unloading of samples for unbiased reliability tests to and from reliability chambers before and after each reliability stress.
- Perform transactions in ONRMS accurately and timely to ensure traceability of reliability lots.
