Operations Transformation & UAT Lead

AIA Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead digital transformation projects within the Operations Division. The candidate will be responsible for defining user requirements, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing transformation initiatives to improve operational processes.

The ideal applicant should have 8–10 years of experience in Operations and Digital Transformation, with strong analytical skills and project management capabilities. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
