Support the Woodfibre LNG Project as an Operations Technician, focusing on safe storage and loading in Squamish, BC. Ensure operational readiness while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
This Operations Technician role involves reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor and playing a vital role in the Operations Readiness Assurance Phase and beyond. You will be responsible for managing safe work practices and supporting environmental standards, ensuring the facility runs efficiently and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational safety and task execution
• Keep daily operational logs and ensure communication
• Implement and support maintenance strategies
• Coordinate with HSSE for safety improvements
• Prepare accurate daily reporting for management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma needed
• 2-3 years relevant industry experience
• Basic firefighting and emergency response experience
