Our client is the Asset Finance division of a highly successful bank and, due to continued growth, is establishing a new business centre. As a result, they are looking to build a new Operations team and an Operations Team Leader.
As they continue to execute their plan for ambitious growth they are keen to appoint an experienced Operations Team Leader to help build and shape their operational offering. The successful candidate will be expected to help with system changes and process improvements and assist the operations during busy periods.
