Operations Supervisor

ChaPanda (茶百道) is a leading tea beverage brand from China. Since its public listing in 2024, the brand has grown to nearly 9,000 stores worldwide. As we continue expanding our overseas business, we are looking for passionate and driven talents to grow together with our global team.

• Monitor store performance and analyze operational data to improve sales and efficiency
• Review sales, QSC standards, and customer feedback; implement improvement plans
• Support and manage new store openings and daily operations coordination
• Drive profitability through cost control and operational optimization
• Execute marketing campaigns and support brand growth
• Train and coach store teams on operations, service, and product knowledge
• Maintain strong communication with franchise partners and store teams
• Coordinate inventory, ordering, and supply chain execution to ensure smooth operations
