UPS is looking for an Operations Supervisor with forward-thinking, analytical and communication skills to manage operational coordination at the UPS Málaga facility and oversight of activities at the Coín facility (managed by an external provider).
Responsibilities
- Daily operational coordination at the UPS Málaga facility and oversight of activities at the Coín facility (managed by an external provider).
- Full management of the operational team (warehouse staff and administrative personnel): shift planning, task allocation, team leadership, and development.
- Supervision and control of service providers: 2 last-mile delivery providers and 1 agent responsible for Ceuta and Melilla.
- Monitoring and achievement of key KPIs related to service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
