Position Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Operations Support / Operations Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role will serve as a key operational resource, learning all Operations Cell functions and providing leadership coverage when Cell Supervisors are unavailable. The successful candidate will work closely with production, materials, engineering, and quality teams to ensure operational goals, production schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives are achieved.
