Operations Supervisor

1. Position Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing 2nd shift warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely daily operations. This position leads employees, manages workflow and labor resources, ensures compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements, and supports operational excellence through accountability, employee development, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, processing, and staging of rental inventory in accordance with Company standards and SOPs.
• Schedule, assign, and direct employees to ensure warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation objectives are achieved.
• Monitor staffing levels, workflow, labor hours, and operational resources to ensure customer commitments, operational deadlines, and budget expectations are met.
