Operations Supervisor – Day Shift
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor (Day Shift). Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing branch operations, including vault and cash room activities, while driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous process improvement.
This role offers full supervisory responsibility and provides the opportunity to apply existing leadership skills while developing new capabilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a member of the leadership team, you will:
+ Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including route scheduling and adjustments, parcel preparation, receiving and shipping activities, and verification of incoming and outgoing liabilities.
