Operations Supervisor - Cinema (SM Center Pulilan)

Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible in the day-to-day cinema operations concerns through efficient property management, development, customer service, and marketing activities of the assigned area.
This will include but not limited to the following:

Monitor Personnel work assignment, attendance and appearance.

Provides reports required by management, including monitoring of hourly sales.

Review screening time schedule on L.E.D. Monitors and white board for ratings and admission prices.

Monitors cinema housekeeping, check facilities, including proper installation of standees, advertisements and posters.

Handle customer complaints on refund, transfer procedure, cinema rules and regulations.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
