**Role Overview**
The Supervisor oversees **day-to-day management of a group of sales/appointment setters**, ensuring overall campaign performance, client expectations, and operational excellence are achieved.
**Responsibilities**
- Event & Group Sales**:Selling party and corporate events, and group outings**.
- Membership Sales**:Promotion and closing of recurring membership packages.**:
- Drive overall campaign performance and delivery
- Analyze campaign metrics, trends, and forecasting
- Develop and execute performance improvement strategies
- Conduct calibration sessions (QA, training, ops)
- Manage client communication and reporting (if applicable)
