Operations Specialist

This position is critical to the ministry of Sky Ranch and contributes directly to our mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ. The Operations Specialist serves in a support role assisting day-to-day Camp Operations. This role will assist the Operations Manager with various tasks including greeting camper families, providing golf cart rides from point A to point B on camp property, assisting with administrative tasks, making deliveries around camp, providing general directions to guests, and anything needed by the Operations team. To accomplish these goals, the Operations Specialist will need to have a passion for organization and logistics as well as have strength in ensuring high guest satisfaction and safety.
