Operations Specialist (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Junior Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing startup in the food industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations across both B2C and B2B channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage daily orders across B2C (online) and B2B (retail partners & hypermarkets)
• Liaise with delivery partners and platforms to ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle operational issues and resolve incidents efficiently
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalism
• Monitor order flow and identify areas for process improvement
• Maintain strong communication between internal teams and external partners
