About the Role

Are you an experienced IT professional ready to lead the operational delivery of critical server support services? The Business Services Organisation (BSO) is seeking an Operations Service Manager to join our Infrastructure Information Technology Services (ITS) team. You will take lead responsibility for the day-to day delivery of server support, manage small and medium sized projects, and provide expert technical advice across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational delivery of ITS services meets agreed processes, SLAs, and quality standards (ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 20000 & 27001)

Manage and support high availability ICT services and server infrastructure (Unix, Windows, virtualisation, storage, databases)
