Hiring: Operations & Recruitment Executive (HR + Admin + Billing)

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month

We're looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused individual to join our team and help manage manpower operations, hiring, and billing processes.

This is not a typical HR role — we need someone who can get things done on ground, follow up relentlessly, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do Billing & Compliance

Maintain and update billing sheets on Google Sheets / Excel Work with basic calculations of PF / ESI / TDS / GST Assist in invoice preparation and reconciliation

Operations & Attendance

Manage and coordinate attendance systems/apps Track attendance, overtime, and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with supervisors, field staff & clients Support smooth functioning of blue-collar workforce operations
