- 15+ years of IT experience with extensive background in IT Operations & Delivery Management within Tier‑1 IT Services organizations
- Strong experience in end-to-end operations management, driving governance, delivery excellence, and portfolio performance
- Proven expertise in revenue & margin management, financial planning, and optimization of account-level profitability
- Hands-on experience in utilization management, ensuring effective deployment of billable and non-billable resources
- Strong exposure to billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in coordination with internal teams
