Must-Haves
Based in Latin America. Candidates should be within approximately 3 hours of Pacific Time. Fluent English, written and spoken. 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or senior operational support. Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving operating environment. Exposure to supply chain, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, ecommerce operations, or similar operational workflows. Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without heavy direction. Strong systems mindset: able to understand how details fit into a broader workflow and identify gaps. Familiarity with AI tools. Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the US occasionally. ...
