Job Description
The Operations Manager for our commercial cleaning company plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement to manage various aspects of our cleaning services. This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, and may require occasional evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead teams of cleaning staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and key clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
