About the Role We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Business Operations leader to be the operational backbone of Meolaa. This role sits at the center of the business — connecting strategy to execution, identifying inefficiencies before they become problems, and ensuring every function runs with rigour and pace. Own end-to-end operational efficiency across the business — from order to delivery to resolution
Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and drive fixes before they impact the business
Build scalable systems and processes that don't break as the company grows from one brand to many
Act as the connective tissue between brand, supply chain, growth, finance, and tech teams
Own the operating cadence of the business — weekly reviews, monthly reviews, and OKR tracking
Ensure alignment between functional goals and overall business priorities
