This leadership role is responsible for managing key operational departments, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and providing strategic leadership to department managers. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing operations experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
+ Oversee all plant operations and operational departments at the floor level to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
+ Provide leadership and strategic guidance to direct reports, including:
+ Logistics Coordinator
+ Production Manager
+ Production Support Team
