Job Summary:

​​The Operations Manager is a mid-level management role responsible for directing the day-to-day manufacturing operations of assigned production areas across Semtech Colorado Inc.'s semiconductor facilities, with direct oversight of production,logisticsand planning functions. Working within established operational strategies, budgets, and policies set by senior leadership, this position manages multiple production supervisors and functional leads to ensure schedule adherence, quality compliance, material flow, and efficient resourceutilization. The Operations Manager serves as the primary escalation point between front-line supervision and senior operations leadership, translating tactical directives into floor-level execution while coordinating productionlogisticsand planning activities tomaintainuninterrupted operational flow.​
