Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage all warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. Oversee inventory control, stock integrity, cycle counts and variance investigations. Manage and reconcile consignment stock held at customer sites. Coordinate national collections, deliveries, couriers and third-party logistics providers. Coordinate international imports, exports and sea freight processes. Manage fleet performance, vehicle servicing, route optimisation and fuel usage. Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards and conduct POD audits. Lead, motivate and develop warehouse and operational staff. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Essential. Minimum 58 years experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse or Operations Management. Minimum 3 years experience managing a warehouse operation.
