OPERATIONS MANAGER – TABLE GRAPES – FM2587
Pofadder area (the farm is about 50km from Pofadder), Northen Cape – South Africa: A unique career opportunity for an experienced and passionate table grape producer to become part of this client’s senior management team and fulfil a key role in the continued growth and success of the business.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 15 years of practical experience in table grape production
- Thorough knowledge of modern production practices, systems, and management processes
- The ability to assume responsibility for the complete operational management of the unit
- Excellent human relations, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in budget control and salary administration
- Strong technical knowledge of best practices per cultivar
- Good administrative and computer skills
