About The RoleAs Operations Manager, you will play a key role within the plant leadership team, driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the operation.
You will lead teams in Process and Maintenance, ensure strong results across safety, quality, delivery and cost, and contribute to the long‐term development of people and capabilities.
