Operations Manager: Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

Molex seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are achieved. You will drive Lean initiatives, coach the team, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to sustain operational excellence.

Five S, EHS, and Quality programs are supported, with a focus on cost control and on‑time delivery across the site. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required for success.
