We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead production operations in a large, complex manufacturing facility. This role oversees multiple operations across several buildings and drives performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and service.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct and optimize production operations to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, and service.

  • Develop and implement improved processes with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 5 Whys, Kaizen and fishbone diagrams.
