Operations Manager, Landscape
Our client is a commercial landscape firm that has been servicing the greater Atlanta market for more than 20 years. They are currently searching for an Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of landscape maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial clients.
This position will be responsible for the overall success of a $1 million portfolio of commercial client accounts.
Job Duties
Oversee 5 crews/ foremen and ensure the quality of work performed meets the standards by conducting weekly inspections and following up with direct reports plans of action.
Manage the productivity of teams to ensure that gross profit goals are met. Build a positive working culture that motivates and retains employees.
Visit and walk clients' properties to verify work has been completed at a satisfactory level. Deliver accurate reports using Excel on a regular basis and communicate with the Account...
