This role is responsible for ensuring the company runs efficiently, teams remain aligned, and operational systems scale with growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence
- Design, implement, and improve operational processes across the company.
- Create systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Team & Resource Coordination
- Work with project managers and team leads to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Monitor team utilization and workload planning.
- Support capacity planning and hiring forecasts.
