Reporting to the State Operations Manager the Hemmant Operations Manager has primary responsibility for overseeing business objectives and strategies of the production operations across the Hemmant site to optimise production efficiency and improve safety performance through the maintenance of standards, process control and problem solving.
This is a critical operational control role, accountable for stabilising performance, enforcing standards, and driving safety, communication, and accountability across Ferrous and Non-Ferrous operations in the yard.
