Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations of the School Partnership business across assigned regions. Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, Counselling, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor school onboarding, partnership activities, Career Fairs, and Career Guidance Programs. Track daily MIS, KPIs, sales funnel, and team performance. Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates. Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality. Coordinate with school authorities and internal stakeholders for successful project execution. Prepare operational reports and present business insights to management. Requirements: 0-5 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations (Education/EdTech preferred).
