Role Details:
Based at our Dandenong site, the Operations Manager will be at the heart of Visy Board’s day-to-day operations, leading a diverse team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager, you will have full accountability for all aspects of site performance, including safety, HR, production, maintenance, technical operations, quality, and financial outcomes.
This role is about more than just managing processes - it’s about inspiring a team, setting clear expectations, and driving operational excellence across every corner of the facility. You will work closely with your direct reports, functional managers, and the broader leadership team to ensure the site meets its KPIs, achieves productivity targets, and maintains the highest standards of safety and quality.
