Yard Operations & Leadership

• Supervise and lead daily yard operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate crews, equipment operators, and yard employees to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Monitor daily operations and quickly address operational, equipment, or safety issues as they arise.
• Support and enforce safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and care of heavy equipment, machinery, and yard assets.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with scheduling equipment usage, operator assignments, and workflow planning.
