The Operations & Compliance Manager is responsible for the heartbeat of the company: the daily execution of moving services and the long-term health of our physical assets. You are the bridge between the Sales Promise and the Field Reality. Your mission is to scale our operations efficiently while maintaining a fortress-like approach to safety and DOT compliance. You will ensure that field crews are properly trained, scheduled, and performing to company standards. You will lead the warehouse and fleet teams, turning operational chaos into a streamlined, high-margin machine.
