An Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring team member standards.

As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
An Operations Manager will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members.
Ensure efficient operation of Food and Beverage outlets and Front Desk
Control the flow of customers and orders throughout service
Manage all transactions during service
Ensure all outlets are staffed according to business levels
Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality
