Operations Manager - £70k + Bonus & Company Car Allowance
We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end gastropubs across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. These are stunning, destination-led properties known for exceptional standards, fresh seasonal food, outstanding wine and drinks offerings, and unforgettable customer experiences.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who loves developing teams, driving performance and creating environments where customers make lasting memories.
You'll work closely with venue managers and leadership teams, helping them deliver outstanding results while building a positive, high-performing culture. You'll be joining a business with some fantastic people already in place - passionate teams who genuinely care about hospitality and delivering excellence every day.
