An established and fast-growing Solar EPC company is seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Manager in Benoni to lead and streamline the execution of residential, commercial, and agricultural solar projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing installations, managing project teams, ensuring quality, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in operations management, ideally in solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting.
- Proven experience managing solar PV installations across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors. Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Familiar with project management tools and inventory/supply chain systems. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Health & Safety knowledge.
- Able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
