About the role In this role, you will manage and streamline operational processes for Omnicom Media New Zealand and its brand agencies, ensuring exceptional support for client services and effective operational workflow and compliance across the group. The Operations Manager supports the Chief Operations Officer and OM's strategic operational objectives through effective process management, team coordination, and supplier relations. This includes: Coordination of operational activities across agencies to optimise resource usage and service quality
Management of financial processes, procurement, contracts, and operational administration
