Role Overview
The Global Operations Manager is directly responsible in the Management of the processes in various TRT offices across 15 countries (US, UK, Australia, Thailand, HongKong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Switzerland, Philippines, Netherlands) in the re-alignment of business strategies towards a standardized vision.
Key Accountabilities
- Creation and implementation of standardized Companies policies and procedures. Institutionalize compliance on all Policies and Procedures of all global processes and make necessary recommendations to improve and standardize Global processes.
- Developing long-term and strategic approaches that define problems/opportunities in anticipation of changing business conditions.
- Ensure implementation and proper management of the following Teams: (a) Global HR, (b) Recruitment, (c) IT Admin, Compliance Teams
