Operations Manager (2nd Shift)

The 2nd shift Operations Manager leads one or more large volume operation(s), which may serve a multi-disciplined customer base or multi-facility operations. This position is responsible for employee safety, customer relations, operational oversight, business metrics, staff development support and P&L. They are involved in business development and contracts, along with team leadership initiatives and improvement projects.
